elevator delays wet carpet
the elevator situation was something else. only one tiny elevator exists, and i stayed on the sixth floor. imagine waiting fifteen minutes because cleaning ladies kept filling it. another issue i encountered involve the carpet next to my bed. it was wet, and i have no idea what i was stepping into each night.

Decent Stay Overall
excellent staff room linens fresh food unfit sofa bed uncozy blanket complete set
The front desk staff was excellent. I also liked the room linens they provided. I found it convenient that the hotel is so close to Co-op for buying fresh food.
The sofa bed was not really fit for sleeping. The blanket provided was not cozy enough to get a good rest. I expected a complete set with a bed sheet and a better blanket.

surprisingly good stay
secure parking helpful staff central location easy access
i was charmed by the included breakfast (especially the omelets!). the secure parking was very convenient. the staff was indeed helpful and friendly. i found the central location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
i noticed the ice machine on my floor was temporarily out of service. (but i hear they were fixing it)

the hotel provides complimentary access to a fitness center with treadmills. there is an indoor pool with a shallow area suitable for children, next to a hot tub. a business center is available for guest use with computers and printing services.

my room featured a king-sized bed and a separate seating area with a sofa bed. it included a work desk with an ergonomic chair and multiple power outlets. a small refrigerator and a microwave were available inside.

the breakfast area offered a selection of hot and cold items from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. the breakfast buffet includes scrambled eggs, bacon, and a variety of pastries. coffee, tea, and juice were available throughout the morning.
